Forest Whitaker who won an Oscar this year and Globe and Screen Actors Guild trophies for his role in “The Last King of Scotland” now has his own star in the walk of fame. On Monday there was a ceremony in his honor. Guests to the ceremony were Kiefer Sutherland, Angela Basett and Whitaker’s wife Keisha and his three daughters Autumn, Sonnet and True.
The 45-year old actor shared with the reporters:”I remember as a kid coming to the Walk of Fame. It was like a field trip and very exciting to us.”
Forest Whitaker had a long journey till this happy event. He has many movies in his biography most famous of which are “Bird”, “The Crying Game”, “Fast Times at Ridgemont High”.
Whitaker is going to take part in a couple of movies this year too: “Vantage Point” with Dennis Quaid and “The Air I Breathe”.

There is a lot to say about her new work. She sounds different in it. You can feel she has walked long way to come to this place where she is at the moment and we are hearing in her album. When talking about it Kelly says it’s not a cold album.
“There is more of me on this record” she said “I had more hold on the reins because I wrote the entire thing. It wasn’t planned like that, because I don’t think you have to write everything you sing, but on this one I had a lot to say.
Clarkson is shooting a video for one of the singles from the record with director Joseph Kahn in Los Angeles. In the clip she haunts her ex. Clarkson says that the clip will look like “What Lies Beneath” with Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfeiffer. The viewer wouldn’t know if she is actually dead or this is just his conscience.
Very soon you would be able to hear the album yourself and decide whether you like it or not. But one is certain - Kelly Clarkson will sound different in it from what we are used to hear before.
