Jennifer Lopez to Submit Deposition.

There has been a lot of talk lately about the fact that Jennifer Lopez might know something about the original idea behind 
“South Beach”, a show about the Miami nightclub and modeling scene started by UPN and CBS. It looks like a television writer filed a lawsuit stating that the singer/actress and the two companies stole his idea.
Jack Bunick launched the lawsuit in US District Court in Manhattan stating that there are too many similarities between “South Beach” and a pilot episode of a show that was about to be called “South Beach Miami”. Jennifer Lopez was not present in court so far but her lawyer, Orin Snyder, defender her by stating that she was not really involved in development and creation even if she is the executive producer.
Jennifer Lopez is ordered by court to issue a statement about the stated charges by July 11.
