JC Chasez Gets Dropped

There’s only one Justin Timberlake in the world and the rest of NSync knows it, especially JC Chasez. The former Nsync member and aspiring solo artist has just been drooped by his record label Jive Records. But he was trying to downplay it at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood last Wednesday night by saying that he and the company mutually parted ways.
USA Today was able to get an interview with him where he was quoted, “It’s show business, but right now it’s business, show. I have some material that I want to get out and it’s about timing and all that other stuff, but I have a great record coming out.”
I feel sorry for the guy. He’s hard at work and gets dropped but lunatics like Britney are still with the label. Pfft.
Michael Jackson Is Not Married

New real estate documents suggesting Michael Jackson has wed his children’s nanny are fake, according to the pop star’s publicist. Editors at the National Enquirer have printed the legal papers in their current issue, alongside an article in which they claim Jackson wed Grace Rwaramba in Las Vegas earlier this year. I don’t think that Michael Jackson can be happily married because he lacks the ability to connect with a WOMAN. No matter how many times he marries, it’s JUST not going to work. (Round peg square hole won’t fit). If it didn’t work with LISA MARIE, with that KISS, it ain’t gonna work, it just ain’t gonna happen and I do not feel sorry for Michael either. (Excuse my improper English) I believe that unless Michael gets a lot of therapy he will continue this process. Maybe he’s marring for the sake of the KIDS, You think?
50 Cent Beats Kanye West In European Chart Battle

Rapper 50 Cent has at last emerged victorious in his chart battle with Kanye West - his Curtis CD is Europe’s number one album. West’s album Graduation beat rap rival 50 Cent’s Curtis to the top of the charts in the U.S. and U.K. when they were both released on September 11th. Yes finally, finally 50 Cent has something to smile about and reason for some kind of celebration. ne wayz 50 cent should’ve beat Kanye all around the world…kanyes good but not as good as 50 cent. Everyone says that 50 Cent is a better business man and great knowledge on ways to beat rivals but this time he has failed at least in the initial sales and that comes a surprise to me. I said a few days ago that Kanye might have won the first few rounds of the sales battle but the war is far from being over and 50 Cent might just be proving me right and his critics wrong here.

The family that rocks together stays together. In the case of the Tyler family, that most definitely holds true.
Liv Tyler took her 2 ½ old son Milo on stage with her to watch her 59-year old father Steven Tyler, the lead singer of the rock band Aerosmith, do his thing during a concert at the Molson Amphitheater on Monday in Toronto Canada. To make sure that Milo doesn’t hurt himself with all the noise, he wore protective noise-canceling headphones.
Milo is definitely growing up on rock because his dad, Royston Langdon, also happens to be a rock musician. Royston is the lead singer and bass player for the band Arckid.
Nicole Scherzinger is a Flop

You have got to be kidding me. Is this all we get from the girl who was poised to be the next Beyonce or Jennifer Lopez? When it comes down to it, Nicole Scherzinger or Pussycat Dolls fame just didn’t cut it. She had the world in the palm of her hand and her pick of the best producers but she still failed. Too bad.
Nicole recently released the video for her second single ‘Baby Love’ off of her solo album ‘Her Name is Nicole’. Not only is the video quite a bore and overproduced but it’s also lacking in the emotion department. It’s a love song. Why would it not have any emotion in it?
The song and the video are okay. But come on! We’re all expecting so much more!

It doesn’t matter which side of the Atlantic you’re on, you will always have love for Justin Timberlake. The MTV Europe Video Music Award nominees have just been announced and JT leads all with four nods. He dominated last year and is set to repeat at this year’s show which would be held in Munich on November 1.
In the runner up spot with 3 nods were Amy Winehouse, Avril Lavigne, Beyonce, Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Nelly Furtado and Rihanna.
Justin is nominated for Video Star Award, Headliner Award, Ultimate Urban Act and Solo Artist of 2007.
Britney’s Bodyguard Tells

In case you missed all the drama this weekend, Britney Spears’ bodyguard Tony Barretto has literally been on a rampage talking to every tabloid and press outlet about the troubled superstar. This is sad, but I do believe Britney might hurt herself and her children. In her state of mind she could see it as getting back at Kevin.I think he is telling the truth…no one on the Spears side is refuting any of it and it’s what he told the judge as well in his statement.She needs help and the judge really should have taken the kids away,even he himself admitted she was a habitual user of drugs and alcohol. Her life is an absolute disaster at this point. I’m always afraid I’ll hear something tragic has happened to her or her little ones. This can’t go on forever…it will have to end sometime.
X Marks the Spot for Kylie

November is most definitely the month of the divas. Kylie Minogue has just announced that she will be releasing a new album entitled ‘X’ on November 26. This would be her first studio album in four years. The first single off the album would be ‘2 Hearts’. It would be out on November 12 but will be available digitally by the 5th.
This would also be Kylie’s 10th album. It features 13 new tracks which she recorded in London, Stockholm and Ibiza. Fans have been referring to the album as ‘X’ for the past few months so when it came to naming it, it was the obvious choice.

My list of picks on Britney to come out of her mental retardations -
A. “How far does she have to fall before she asks for help?” Something catastrophic has to happen. Basically, that’s the bottom.
B. “Maybe she can share a cell with her pal Lindsay.” Neither Britney nor Lindsay are going to see the actual inside of a cell. Lindsay is one more screw up from jail. Britney, probably two, unless she commits a felony. Plus, Lindsay, Britney, and Paris were probably nothing more than “drug buddies.” I don’t think any of them are/were friends.
C. Addiction isn’t funny. At the end of the day, Britney Spears is still a human being. And the mother of two children, who will likely bear significant scars if she’s not there to raise them.

Scottish singer KT Tunstall recently had an interview with Entertainment Weekly. In her interview, she talked about Amy Winehouse and all the issues surrounding her.
KT said ““[Amy Winehouse] is immensely talented. And all I f—ing read is how much she drinks and who she’s married to. Unfortunately, she’s embraced what everybody wants her to be. I’m sure lots of people would love to see me shit-faced and on coke coming out of a club. But, right now, it feels like there’s way too much at stake to fuck it up just because I would get better known for being an idiot than for being a musician.”
I’m confused. Is she a fan or calling Amy an idiot?
J Lo wants to perform with the spice girls

Believe it or not, at least I am not the one who going to read much into this story at all. Would you believe it that a sensational performer like Jennifer Lopez would like to share the stage with a 7 year old split up group who wants to make some money by reuniting.
Well if the reports are true then here is the story who ever wants to read it, ‘J Lo is keen to perform with the Spice Girls who are planning to reunite for a world tour. Lopez is good friends with Victoria Beckham and wants to join girls group, which will perform in Los Angeles later this year.’ Another piece of attempt to try and keep the momentum going for the Spice Girls enroute to their world tour which is slated to begin at the end of this year. Most people have lost interest in the Spice Girls and with so many more significant reunions happening this year their reunion seems to have been overshadowed.

Hip-hop superstar 50 Cent marked the end of his five-day New York City tour by inviting pals Remy Ma and LL Cool J to join him onstage. The rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - was performing at Rum Jungle in his native Queens on Sunday night, when he invited Remy Ma to sing his track Lean Back. 50 Cent is currently co-producing LL Cool J’s new album. He just brought his friends on stage to show his fans that he has a couple friends that can show up for him. He is reeling under the loss to rival Kanye West after not being able to sell more copies of his album against that of Kanye’s. This has hurt him and while onstage he wanted to show his fans that he might have lost the battle to Kanye but he is not giving up just yet and will use all his sources to show Kanye that 50 Cent means business and will not give up without a fight.

Her world tour has been over for months. She’s been seen painting the town red with friends like Penelope Cruz. But it seems that Shakira is well over that and ready for some down time. But down time doesn’t really mean that she’s bumming around.
While most people would just lounge around the house or go to a nice relaxing spot, Shakira has been taking some classes at UCLA. She’s reportedly studying the History of Western Civilization.
Now there’s an artist that just proved that not all of them are dumb attention-seekers. There are still some that use their time wisely by enriching their knowledge. Britney, take some pointers!

Kylie Minogue is set to release a brand new single in November - the first since she was diagnosed with breast cancer - and has a dazzling new look to match. The pop princess has given fans a sneak peek of the cover art set to accompany her new song, titled 2 Hearts. Think she’s just not a princess but a true Queen of Pop, but the only way I wouldn’t like to call her a Queen is coz Queen’s are generally regarded as old and sitting on the throne doing nothing but counting their glory days and with Kylie that’s not the case, she is reinventing every time and coming out with something surprising but very dazzling. I just love her songs, her performances and everything she does. She is truly an icon of the pop world and a princess who will be the queen. It’s a mad, mad world out there—and details about Britney Spears’ family court proceedings won’t make it any saner, according to the struggling pop star’s attorney. Ok yeah K-fed is money hungry, we all know this. But at this point, which of a lesser two evils is better? On one hand you have a father who yes goes out, but also makes time to spend with his kids, who is trying to work, and actually doesn’t cut the children off from the rest of their family. Then you have Britney who seems to have some mental issues to get over, with her erratic mood swings, personally I think it’s Child actor syndrome gone mad. But you have a mom who doesn’t seem to want anyone around her who would help point her in a right direction in the goals of common sense in life. She has alienated 90% of the people in her inner circle who love and care about her and seems to put being in the media spot light before the needs of her children. It’s clear she needs the spotlight but right now those two little boys should be the spotlight and if Kevin needs more money to support them then he should have it and the kids full time. Like I said the lesser of two evils.
Coldplay break studio silence to talk about new album

Coldplay have revealed details about their forthcoming fourth studio album, explaining that the album will contain nine tracks.
Writing on their blog on their official website, the band explain that songs being considered for final inclusion are “Lost!,” “Cemeteries Of London,” “Violet Hill,” “Poppy Fields,” “42,” “Yes!,” “Leftrightleftrightleft,” and “Rainy Day.”
The group also explained that the follow-up to 2005’s X&Y, which they have been recording in Barcelona, will last no longer than 42 minutes, and that the group members have been arguing over which tracks should be included.
“Expect a short, concise record with no fat and at least two top-division songs released independently,” they wrote.
The band have not said when the album will be released yet.
Kanye leads 50 Cent in CD sales face-off

50 Cent may be getting hip-hop’s equivalent of a gold watch next week. Early reports have Kanye West beating 50 in their much-hyped battle of album sales: West’s “Graduation” is on pace to sell about 575,000 to 700,000 its first week out, while 50 Cent’s “Curtis” is on track to do 550,000, according to Billboard magazine.
As of day one, Kanye had sold 437,000 copies to 50’s 310,000, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
Both albums came out Tuesday, and a confident 50 Cent famously announced that he would retire if West outsold him in first-week sales.
“I just don’t view him as competition based on our previous sales histories,” 50 Cent told The Associated Press last month.
But it looks as if 50 underestimated the power of West, and perhaps, overestimated his own appeal.
“I don’t think it’s helped 50 that so many of these pre release singles that have come out have fizzled on the charts right away,” said Jonathan Cohen, Billboard’s senior editor. “There were street date changes. It has just not been a good run-up to this record for him.”
Meanwhile, Cohen says West is having a more “charmed” experience, despite his recent tantrum at the MTV Video Music Awards after going home empty-handed.
“These tantrums he goes on, these outlandish comments he makes, they don’t really hurt him,” said Cohen. “If anything, they’ve got more people interested in what he’s all about.”
Still, don’t finalize those retirement party plans for 50 just yet; there are several days to go before a final tally is determined, and he could catch up and overtake West.
“It is a projection,” Cohen said of the initial sales predictions. “It can very easily deviate.”
And there’s still the potential of a third-party candidate winning the race: country superstar Kenny Chesney, who’s “Just Who I Am: Poets and Pirates” also was released on Tuesday, is so far on pace to sell 400,000 to 550,000 copies.

Rapper Ludicrous has been forced to cancel a forthcoming gig in Boston, Massachusetts, because of poor ticket sales. The Stand Up singer - real name Christopher Bridges - was due to play at the Eastern States Exposition on September 30 but the concert has now been pulled due to lack of demand. That is sad to read. I would hope that fans are not doing this out of hate or the media. The man has some good music going on that needs to be heard by all. If he cusses or uses the “N” word take it in stride if it does not pertain to you as a Hip Hop fan. What is this world coming to? I hope you have your say. Love ya! If you were a fan in the past don’t turn your back on Hip Hop or Luda. Where is the LOVE for music? I bet if Britney would show how many would show their faces? Recently even Kelly Clarkson also cancelled her tour because of poor ticket sales and has now announced new dates. Infact people do not want to listen to these singers and the singer cannot swallow this fact.
