Things just aren’t going Usher’s way these days as his album sales take a huge drop. His 2004 release ‘Confessions’ sold over 20 million copies worldwide. However, this year’s ‘Here I Stand’ has only managed to sell 2 million worldwide. And it has been out for a while now. Talk about a complete bomb. I doubt any of the new stuff will fare as well as his 04 hits. Industry insiders also reveal that he couldn’t even sell out his recent concert in New York City. Around 1500 tickets were left unsold by the time he took the stage at the Hammerstein Ballroom. With guys like Ne-Yo and Chris Brown around, who needs Usher?
