Piers Morgan fears he will only be remembered as the judge in the Susan Boyle video

Piers Morgan said he fears he could now be overshadowed and just remembered as the judge in the Susan Boyle video after the singer’s success.

Susan Boyle has become a worldwide hit after her performance on show Britain’s Got Talent.

But now one of the show’s judges Piers, 44, fears he will be forgotten as the Scottish singer’s fame continues to rocket.

He said: "The phenomenon has got so insane I’ve got a horrible feeling that when I die, the headlines are now going to read: ‘Judge in Susan Boyle video dies’."

He added, according to British newspaper The Sun: "Every TV show, magazine, newspaper, and radio station is absolutely obsessed with her. Right now, she is the hottest star in the US."

Piers added: "When you think that the likes of poor old Robbie Williams and Jonathan Ross have been trying for 15 years to crack it here [the US], and she’s done it in just a week, this does seem a little unfair. But hey, that’s showbiz."

Miley’s Soundtrack is on Top

It’s not really much of a surprise that Miley Cyrus’ ‘Hannah Montana’ movie soundtrack has reached the number one spot on the Billboard 200 after spending four weeks on there with 133,000 units sold according to the Nielsen SoundScan. It’s the first soundtrack to peak on the charts this year and the third of the ‘Hannah Montana’ franchise to place in the top spot. I may not like the girl as a person, and I’m not even a fan, but you can’t deny that she’s still a success. TV, music, movies – the girl’s got it all going. And at this rate, she’ll be washed up by the time she hits 21.

Beyonce is Tone Deaf

Radio show host Howard Stern acquired a sound board recording from Beyonce’s performance of ‘If I Were a Boy’ on the Today Show last November and all I can say is I’m surprised no glasses were shattered during that performance. She sounded like a total train wreck! Beyonce supposedly sang live to a recorded track. The audience at home heard the beautiful version and the sound board picked up the hideousness. Reports say that the clip was digitally modified to make her sound like garbage but it’s hard to really say with the music still perfectly in tune. I never liked her anyway so I don’t really care much.

Paula Abdul Cannot Be Replaced

Much like Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul’s contract on American Idol is up but she says that she can’t be replaced on the show and that’s because Kara DioGuardi herself has said that Paula can’t be replaced. Paula thinks that’s rightfully so saying “I started [DioGuardi's] success. And I’m proud of it, happy of it. I actually think that Simon got mad that we are friends and that I actually knew her and that her humble beginning sleeping in my guest bedroom and I just believed in her.” I’m sure Kara is so thrilled that Paula thinks she owes everything she’s accomplished to Paula.
