Pussycat Dolls Unleashes Claws

Some major drama went down during the opening set of the Pussycat Dolls for Britney Spears this past weekend as it looks like the growing resentment amongst the girls has reached its boiling point. Sources keep talking about tension in the group over the fact that lead singer Nicole Scherzinger is distancing herself from the rest of the group and their last two singles being released as The Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole. At their performance last week, PCD member Melody Thornton took a moment to address her hometown crowd saying “Thank you for supporting me even though I’m not featured! Don’t let anyone stomp on your dreams!” Nicole was then seen shooting Melody the nastiest look.
American Idol Top 5 Take on the Rat Pack

When you think of what music is popular these days, the music of the Rat Pack doesn’t really come to mind. But American Idol went and changed that last night by having the Top 5 contestants sing songs from the legendary singers of that era. Kris Allen started off the show with ‘The Way You Look Tonight’. He does amazingly on that song. Allison Iraheta was up next with ‘Someone to Watch Over Me’. She sings the song extremely well. Matt Giraud followed that up with ‘My Funny Valentine’. The vocals are pretty good but the performance as a whole just didn’t do it for me. Danny Gokey performed ‘Come Rain, Come Shine’. Let’s just say that he’s back to being the Danny that we can all love. Finally, Adam Lambert performed the Muse version of ‘Feeling Good’. Honestly, he’s one of the Idols I see doing better on Broadway than an actual music career.
Bathroom Talk with Katy Perry and Lady Sovereign

Someone is spreading some nasty talk about two of the best female entertainers that we have for this era. Earlier this month, a party went down in New York City that was attended by both Katy Perry and Lady Sovereign. A well-placed source said that the ‘I Kissed a Girl’ singer and the British rapping sensation “locked themselves in a bathroom” for a good long while and were doing some naughty things behind closed doors. That’s just wrong. Isn’t Katy Perry dating Josh Groban? I wonder how he feels about all this – or maybe he actually likes having Katy like that.
