Every once in a while we stumble upon a song that Heidi Montag has leaked that doesn’t actually suck. Most of her music is pretty generic at best but ‘The Hills’ star has recently put out an EP on iTunes and surprisingly, there’s two songs on there that are very likeable. The songs are ‘Your Love Found Me’, which had previously leaked out on the internet, and ‘Party is Wherever I Am’. I can actually hear the latter being played in the clubs. And that’s saying something about Heidi’s music. But then again, some clubs still play some of Paris Hilton’s music so we can never really be sure.

Lil Wayne is finding himself in another legal trouble. A lawsuit was filed against the rapper last year accusing him of copyright infringement. Apparently, he didn’t get the proper permissions to sample music from folk singer Karma-Ann Swanepoel’s ‘Once’ which he used in his track ‘I Feel Like Dying’. The lawsuit claims that Lil Wayne promoted his album ‘Tha Carter III’ by singing the song in concerts and allowing fans free downloads of the song on his website. The rapper is fighting back with his own lawsuit now against Rebel Rock Productions Inc who produced his song. Lil Wayne claims that they should have been the ones responsible for securing proper permissions and licenses. Either way, someone has to pay up.

American Idol judge Simon Cowell has told of his sadness at the death of show winner David Cook’s brother.
The acid-tongued Brit paid tribute to Adam Cook as “an incredible guy” after the 36-year-old lost his brave battle against brain cancer. Adam helped cheer Cook to victory in the last season of Idol.
Cowell said in a statement: “I was incredibly saddened to hear the news. I met Adam Cook a few times at American Idol. He was an incredible guy, and right now my thoughts are with David and his family.”
Cook announced Adam had died on Sunday morning at the Race for Hope event, which raises money to find a cure for brain tumours and to support patients.
In an emotional speech before he took part in the race in Washington, DC, on Sunday, Cook said: "I actually lost my brother yesterday to a brain tumour.
"I can’t imagine being anywhere else right now."
Cook added: "I am consistently amazed at what survivors like the people in this audience go through. It’s amazing to see the resolve that survivors have.
"I lost one today, I lost one, but I have gained 9,000."

Cops sealed off traffic in all directions, blasted sirens to clear a path and forced hundreds of frustrated drivers into gridlock all so Taylor Swift could get to the airport on time. Students at Bishop Ireton High School in Virginia were thrilled that the country singing cutie showed up to their school but the people stuck in the wake of her traffic-stopping motorcade were might pissed when they found out who was behind the delay. Taylor went straight to Dulles Airport where she boarded a private jet. And get this – Taylor was in such a mad rush so she can make it to Britney Spears’ Chicago show. Britney recently got the same police escort treatment when she had a concert in LA.

If you’re wondering about that big bargain that went down regarding Chris Brown’s trial, sources claim that the R&B singer’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has swayed the Superior Court judge into delaying his case until May 28th. Apparently, his primary goal is to have the case dismissed all together. He thinks the case against Chris should be thrown out because of the number of leaked classified information over the past few months, including the picture of Rihanna’s injuries. A criminal defense attorney commented on the situation saying “Geragos makes an issue of leaked evidence, it’s unlikely the judge will dismiss the case. It’s not police conduct at issue here, it’s Chris Brown’s.”
