Angry fans are demanding their money back after Britpop band Oasis split after a huge bust up between brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher
The band were set to perform at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris but the crowd were told by Bloc Party, who were performing before Oasis, that the band would not be taking the stage.
It was the second time in a week a gig had been cancelled due to ‘an altercation within the band’.
According to reports in the UK, Noel and Liam traded blows in a vicious fight - in which Liam smashed Noel’s guitar - just before they were due on stage at the festival.
Just hours later Noel revealed he had quit the band and posted a statement on Oasis’ website which revealed he could not bear to share the stage with brother Liam.
The statement read: “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.
“Apologies to all the people who bought tickets for the shows in Paris, Konstanz and Milan.”
Now furious fans are demanding refunds for the concerts Oasis were still left to play in France, Germany and Italy.
But they may be left out of pocket, with promoters insisting all concerts will go ahead with acts like Kasabian and The Kooks replacing Oasis.

According to his brother Nick, Kevin Jonas and his fiancé Danielle Deleasa are planning to get married this winter. Nick revealed in a radio interview last week that “They have not set a date yet, but I think that it’ll be sometime around the end of the year, beginning of the year - something like that.” The youngest member in the trio of singers also said that Kevin has yet to pick which one of the Jonas Brothers will serve as his best man but Nick and Joe aren’t stressing about their brother’s choice and say that they’re “happy to have [Danielle] as part of the family”.

Singer Adam Lambert recently recorded a video message to help support high-need public school classrooms on DonorsChoose.org. The 27-year old American Idol alum said “My fans have been so amazing in their support that I would love for them to contribute to something I believe in. Every kid deserves a great education and access to the materials and experiences that make it possible. I’m so thrilled to team up with DonorsChoose.org and encourage my fans to support arts and music projects in classrooms.” You can watch his video message on the website. If you can ignore the semi-annoying video editing, I hope you take the time to donate as well.
