Here’s a bit of good news for General Larry Platt, the American Idol hopeful who sang the comedy hit ‘Pants on the Ground’. The song has finally been recorded in a studio. However, the bad news is that the General has no idea that it has been released and a conflict is brewing because of it. Larry’s former manager Jason Mills, who’s releasing the song to radio stations, says that he doesn’t need Larry’s approval because it’s promotional and not for profit. That’s the case for now but given how much of a hit it has been with the public, it may not be the case for long. Jason says that he now represents the producer and that the producers has the right to release the tune without the General’s approval.
