Sources report that Snoop Dogg’s tour bus was pulled over by police on Interstate 35, south of Dallas, on Thursday afternoon. Two people were arrested for marijuana possession. State troopers initially pulled over the bus for expired stickers and discovered some marijuana after a routine inspection. The rapper was not arrested but two people in his entourage were. The two members of Snoop’s dog pound were arrested and booked in the Navarro County Jail. Since Snoop wasn’t arrested, he was free to continue on with his tour schedule which had him performing in Dallas this past Thursday. It’s a good thing he didn’t miss it.

Amy Winehouse has “gone too far,†according to The Zutons, whose song Valerie was turned into a hit by the troubled singer.
Frontman Dave McCabe is concerned about the diva’s descent into drug addiction, but hopes she can turn her life around.
Dave said: “I hope Amy sorts it out. But does she wanna sort it out? Because the way she’s being treated now, I think it may have gone too far. She’s like, ‘You know, I can’t even be bothered dealing with all this situation’. She might just like to be a husky singer in a shady club, which could be good as well. I hope she sorts it out. I hope she becomes happy, and if she’s happy now then fair enough.â€

According to a new report, R&B singer Ray J was kicked out of the Hyatt Regency in Washington DC on Saturday because of drugs. Guests complained about Brandy’s little brother and in response, hotel security went up to his room to investigate. They discovered that he was stashing marijuana and a club drug called boat. For your information, boat is the street name for PCP. It’s popular in liquid form. Users dip joints in the liquid to get a crazy high. Recreational uses of the drug can induce a psychotic state that resembles schizophrenic episodes. Police were called to the scene once hotel security discovered the drugs but no charges were formally filed.

So what if she’s a goody goody. Her music is phat and she’s hot. She just does it all without the help of extracurricular substances.
So, what does Natasha Bedingfield think about fellow female stars like Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse taking drugs and drinking heavily? She thinks they’re out for attention.
Natasha says, “Unlike some artists around I like to have fun just for the sake of it, not just to attract attention. This industry is so obsessed with image and what everyone thinks of you and I’ve found that you have to fight hard within yourself not to let it affect you.”
She knows people talk about her…”I’m aware that I’ve been labeled a good girl by some because I’m different to some of the other female artists - the main difference being I don’t do drugs and I’m doing my best not to be messed up.”

Friends are begging troubled Amy Winehouse to return to rehab; fearing that she is “getting back to her worst”.
The singer’s inner circle has watched her slowly return to her old ways since she left a clinic earlier this month. Even jailbird husband Blake Fielder-Civil has threatened to ban her from visiting him because he is convinced she is still taking crack cocaine.
A friend said: “Amy’s in an awful state again, she’s clearly on drugs. Many of us think full-time residential rehab is the only option but she won’t go back.”
The star’s worried loved ones held crisis talks this week. Amy, 24, has a history of self-harming while high on drugs and scratches have been visible on her left arm. She also displayed mystery marks and spots on her knuckles and hands when she went out to the shops in London this week and bought kids’ sweets.
Pals believe her rehabilitation, which came after she was exposed taking crack in January, was not taken seriously enough. A source said: “She was smoking cannabis and drinking heavily as soon as she left rehab. That has now increased. Everyone who’s seen her in the last week or so has been really disturbed by the state she’s in. She’s getting back to her worst. It was hoped her new album and fashion range would keep her focused but it hasn’t worked.”
Amy walked out of rehab to perform at the Grammys via satellite from London two weeks ago

In case you missed all the drama this weekend, Britney Spears’ bodyguard Tony Barretto has literally been on a rampage talking to every tabloid and press outlet about the troubled superstar. This is sad, but I do believe Britney might hurt herself and her children. In her state of mind she could see it as getting back at Kevin.I think he is telling the truth…no one on the Spears side is refuting any of it and it’s what he told the judge as well in his statement. She needs help and the judge really should have taken the kids away, even he himself admitted she was a habitual user of drugs and alcohol. Her life is an absolute disaster at this point. I’m always afraid I’ll hear something tragic has happened to her or her little ones. This can’t go on forever…it will have to end sometime.

My list of picks on Britney to come out of her mental retardations -
A. “How far does she have to fall before she asks for help?” Something catastrophic has to happen. Basically, that’s the bottom.
B. “Maybe she can share a cell with her pal Lindsay.” Neither Britney nor Lindsay are going to see the actual inside of a cell. Lindsay is one more screw up from jail. Britney, probably two, unless she commits a felony. Plus, Lindsay, Britney, and Paris were probably nothing more than “drug buddies.” I don’t think any of them are/were friends.
C. Addiction isn’t funny. At the end of the day, Britney Spears is still a human being. And the mother of two children, who will likely bear significant scars if she’s not there to raise them.

Apparently, that dog won’t hunt. Arizona authorities who raided the home of rapper DMX last Friday revealed that a fine white powder they thought might have been an illegal narcotic has turned out to be nothing of the kind. The cops removed marijuana, drug paraphernalia, guns, ammunition, 12 starving dogs, and 3 dead, buried dogs from his house. He was also cited for carrying a concealed handgun last year and has two bench warrants out for him. What were the cops supposed to say when they saw the powder? “We’ll ignore that white stuff, it’s probably just baby powder, anyway.” Now I do like DMX, but anyone in their right mind would assume it was cocaine. DMX was probably surprised himself that it wasn’t cocaine, whether he really hadn’t been to his own house in 2 months or not. So the benefits of being a celebrity is more that apparent in this case and I won’t be surprised if he is let off in all the cases that are pending against him. This has been manipulated and once the cops say said that the power is not anything like drugs he is a free man.
