Singer Beyonce Knowles is set to take a 37-second helicopter ride from her hotel to her gig venue.
The former Destiny’s Child member, along with stars including Pharell Williams and Gwen Stefani, will be performing in Singapore later this month at the F1 Rocks concert but will be travelling to the gig in style.
A source told British newspaper the Daily Star: “These stars need a stylish and speedy journey to the performance, so a helicopter journey - even one of under a minute - is the only way to go. This is not a case of diva demands but necessity.
“The stars will be staying in Singapore’s top hotel, which is only a short journey to where the concerts are being held - but we’re expecting hundreds of thousands of people to line the streets.”

No Doubt kicked off their world tour at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey this past weekend. Front woman Gwen Stefani looked out into the crowd and told her fans “It’s so good to be back after five fucking years” and “I forgot how adorable you all were!” The band and a lot of partygoers later celebrated the tour’s successful start at club mur.mur in the hotel. Gwen’s son Zuma was spotted out in the crowd during the concert wearing blue headphones. He didn’t attend the after party though. I guess it was way past his bedtime. I wonder where Kingston was.

Well this is absolutely great news for her fans that Gwen has announced she is to reunite with her former band No Doubt and are going to tour again. And I know where all this talks took place which finally culminated into this famous 90’s band coming together.
Recently Gwen was in Mexico along with Husband Gavin Rossdale for vacations and her former band mates dropped at the very site where she was staying and its there that they thought it was time to reunite and play all the songs they once enjoyed playing and singing together.
And Gwen has really sounded very excited about the coming together of the band and said “I don’t think we should wait. Pack up the babies and get a bunch of nannies. So fun! Would be so inspiring to get out there and play all those songs again.”
Some of their smash hits include songs such ‘Don’t Speak’, ‘It’s My Life’ & ‘Just A Girl’ - reunited briefly last year at one of Gwen’s concerts in California.

The singer’s eldest son, two year old Kingston, is reportedly a very flirty young male. A source had this to report: “All the little girls in Kingston’s class are enamored of him. He is a total flirt!” They are constantly surrounding him, especially at story time. He is very popular.” Apparently little Kingston helps the girls in his class and shows off his gymnastic moves. Helps them with what? What gymnastics… this all really sounds like a “The Mask” episode… but it’s all really just a sad cartoon. How can he be “flirting” at his age, he can barely even strike up a conversation. Oh well, I’m sure the child’s adulthood won’t be influenced by this little episode in his life… of which those around him are more than eager to make him aware.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale named their second son Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale. If you’re wondering where in the world they came up with that name, well here’s an interesting theory. The couple may be bigger Bob Marley fans than anyone may have thought. Nesta is actually the reggae icon’s middle name. If you want further proof, Kingston, the name of the couple’s eldest son, also happens to be the name of the capital of Bob Marley’s native Jamaica. Pretty cool, no? Gwen’s No Doubt music always had a hint of reggae in them so the Marley fan is clear in her. But who would have thought that Gavin was a fan too?

The fashionably pregnant Gwen Stefani was spotted with Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young, collectively known as her No Doubt band mates, at McKenna’s Seafood Restaurant in Long Beach, Los Angeles on Wednesday. It seems like the band’s reunion is just around the corner as they have been having weekly get-togethers now. Upon leaving the food joint, Gwen joked and asked photographers to “make her look skinnyâ€. Now why would they want to do that to a glowing pregnant woman? You are beautiful Gwen! I think she’s the picture of how a woman should look like – healthy with a capital H.

Gwen Stefani was a good girl, just like she promised.
The 37-year-old pop star wowed fans in Muslim-majority Malaysia on Tuesday, performing in costumes that showed almost no skin after Islamic critics claimed that her revealing clothes could corrupt the country’s youth.
She burst onto the stage wearing a black leotard under a white short-sleeved shirt and black-and-white striped hot pants suit, with black gloves up to her elbows.
“I am very inspired tonight,” Stefani told some 7,000 cheering fans at an indoor stadium.
She changed costumes for every song, remaining fully covered as she belted out tunes such as “The Sweet Escape,” “Rich Girl,” “Wind it Up” and “Hollaback Girl.”
Stefani had promised to dress modestly after the 10,000-member National Union of Malaysian Muslim Students charged that her skimpy outfits and cheeky performances clashed with Islamic values.
The opposition Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party also accused her of promoting promiscuity and corrupting the country’s youth.
In an interview with Galaxie, a local entertainment magazine, Stefani said she had made many changes for Malaysia, calling it a “major sacrifice.”
“I’ve been in the music industry for 20 years and this is the first time that I’m facing opposition from people who have misunderstood me,” she was quoted as saying.
“I’m not a bad girl,” she said.
Media photographers weren’t allowed to take pictures for copyright reasons, and those attending the show had to leave their cameras outside.
Most fans in the stadium said protesters had gone overboard with their criticism.
“I think they were making a big ho-ha for no reason. Even the local artists, they dress even much worse, much more indecent,” said Denise Chan, a 15-year-old ethnic Chinese.
Fans also said Stefani had shown respect for Malaysia’s cultural values.

Akon has decided to record a song to apologize for the thing he has done and the things he hasn’t after coming to the conclusion “everything I do is affecting the people around me”.
The song was leaked Wednesday on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM morning show and posted on the Web site TMZ.com.
These months Akon has done many things to become the cause for a number of controversies and discussions. In April, he was caught on tape doing a sexually suggestive dance with a 14-year-old audience member at a Trinidad nightclub. As a result of the incident, Verizon dropped their sponsorship from his tour with Gwen Stefani.
Talking about this incident the singer said: ”Sorry for the hand she was dealt, for the embarrassment she felt.”
Earlier this month, Akon came under fire again after tossing a male fan from the stage at a concert near Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
The song, Akon released on Wednesday begins with apologizes to his closest people.
“I’m sorry for the wrong things that I’ve done, I’m sorry that I’m not always there for my sons”, he sings to his wife.
“I’m sorry that your son was a thief”, the ex-con sings to his mother.
When it comes to the incident in Trinidad the singer thinks that he is not the only one to blame.
“How was I to know she was underage”, he sings, “in a 21-and-older club they say? Why doesn’t anyone want to take the blame? Verizon backed out and disgraced my name.”
In his apology to Gwen Stefani he sings: ”Sorry for the hand she was dealt. For the embarrassment she felt.”
Akon ends the song with thanking his fans that they support him no matter what happens.
“I’m just a singer trying to entertain”, he sings to his audience. “Because I love my fans I’ll take the blame.”
