Madonna the Film Director

Madonna has definitely had her ups and downs in the movie industry but now she is taking it to another level. The sometime ago called “Pop Queen” will be directing a short, 30 minute movie called “Filth and Wisdom”. People believe it is actually a comedy based on her personal experiences. If that is true I am sure it will be a great comedy. Madonna definitely had an interesting life, filled with comic moments. Inside sources stated that the movie is believed to have potential. It is expected that it will be a hit at the different film festivals around the world. Shooting should be finished by July as that is when Madonna has to go back in the studio to record.
Her husband (Guy Ritchie) will also come back to filmmaking with “RocknRolla”, a movie that is produced, written and directed by him. Guy hopes it will be better than his previous two: “Swept Away” and “Revolver”
Orlando Bloom is looking for love on the Internet.

The handsome actor is worried most women are only interested in his fame and fortune, so to test their intentions he is using a friend’s name and photograph to set up a profile on networking service Facebook.com.
Orlando is reported as saying: “It’s difficult sometimes to know whether girls like me, or the guy they see in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’. This way I can get to know them from behind a disguise.”
The 30-year-old actor plans to get to know prospective dates by chatting on-line, before arranging to meet them in person.
Orlando recently revealed he is desperate to find his perfect woman and start a family.
The actor, who ended a four year relationship with ‘Superman Returns’ star Kate Bosworth, is on the look out for ‘Miss Right’.
He said: “I’d like to live a proper family life - with a partner and kids. That’s what it’s all about, isn’t it? I’ve had a crazy life, in many ways, and I realize now I want someone to share it with.”
I don’t know when he will find time for surfing the Internet in his schedule, but I hope he will soon find his Miss Right and build the family he is wanting so much.
Brad Pitt as a baby

The actor’s face will be superimposed onto the body of a baby for new movie “The Curious game of Benajmin Button”, which is about a man who is born 70-years old and ages in reverse.
Director David Fincher told Britain’s The Times newspaper: ”In the past you may have had different actors playing him at different stages of his life, but here I can use Brad Pitt, throughout just putting his head on different people’s bodies. I really think that will work. At least I hope it does, if not, it’s going to look bloody awful.”
The movie, based on the short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald, also stars Cate Blanchett, Tilda Swinton and Brad’s daughter Shiloh.
Shiloh-who turns one on May 27 and is Brad’s child with partner Angelina Jolie- has a cameo role playing Cate as a baby in the movie.
A source told: ”Brad and Shiloh saved the day when twin sisters hired to take turns playing Cate Blanchett’s character as a baby wouldn’t settle down. Everyone waited in vain as the babies were fed, changed and hugged, but nothing worked to calm them in set in New Orleans. Shiloh did her scenes perfectly and was giggling and happy throughout her big day.”
It looks like Shiloh is just like her father and mother and she could work as an actress too. We may see her in movies as she grows up, who knows.
A Hulk of Burning Liv

Liv Tyler has signed on to costar in the sequel to the ultimate Marvel failure, Hulk. I guess since she did so well as a fantasy actress in Lord of the Rings she thinks she can improve upon the wooden acting of Jennifer Connelly. Let’s hope so. You can’t really get any worse than that. More interesting is that Bruce Banner himself will be played by Ed Norton. Now if there is an actual script worthy of this genius then we have ourselves a film ladies and gentlemen.
I don’t have much faith in Liv honestly. I thought she was insipid and boring in the LOTRO trilogy, as she has been in most of her films. I will see this movie not because of her, but because of Norton and Stan Lee, the god of all things comic. 
Forest Whitaker gets Walk of Fame star

Forest Whitaker who won an Oscar this year and Globe and Screen Actors Guild trophies for his role in “The Last King of Scotland” now has his own star in the walk of fame. On Monday there was a ceremony in his honor. Guests to the ceremony were Kiefer Sutherland, Angela Basett and Whitaker’s wife Keisha and his three daughters Autumn, Sonnet and True.
The 45-year old actor shared with the reporters:”I remember as a kid coming to the Walk of Fame. It was like a field trip and very exciting to us.”
Forest Whitaker had a long journey till this happy event. He has many movies in his biography most famous of which are “Bird”, “The Crying Game”, “Fast Times at Ridgemont High”.
Whitaker is going to take part in a couple of movies this year too: “Vantage Point” with Dennis Quaid and “The Air I Breathe”.
Victoria Knows Sexy

Or so you would think. Victoria’s Secret just released a “Who is Sexy?” list, and a couple of these entries make me wonder what they were smoking that day. The list names Jessica Alba as the sexiest actress, and Justin Timberlake as the sexiest singer. Now, granted, the nominations were made by models, and we’re not exactly sure how intelligent these ladies are. Okay, now David Beckham I’ll accept as sexiest dad.
But, Jessica Alba? Are we talking about the same Dark Angel, Fantastic Four, Jessica “my idea of good acting is to woodenly freeze in my underwear” Alba? Sexy to me is not only a beautiful face or body but a charm and allure that draws one in and captivates you. The only captivating I can see Jessica doing is of little boys’ night visions.
