After a 3-year relationship with Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake is wasting no time in moving on to sexy singer Rihanna. Supposedly, the two were spotted dancing pretty hot and heavily at the VMAs after party in New York and then took their own party back to the Barbadian babe’s hotel room. Word has it that Justin’s actress ex found out about the rendezvous within days. A source tells Star magazine “Rihanna and JustinTimberlake have been talking and texting on the phone nonstop since the VMAs. She asked him on the phone, ‘Are you still with Jessica?’ And he hinted that things were cooling off between them.”

Singer Justin Timberlake is not secretly dating Rihanna.
The rumours that the Cry Me A River singer, 28, is breaking up with his current girlfriend actress Jessica Biel, 27, and secretly seeing Rihanna, 21, are not true.
According to Gossip Cop, a spokesperson for the Umbrella singer completely denied it and even said: “C’mon.”
Justin and Biel started to be linked in 2007 after Timberlake broke up with famous actress Cameron Diaz.
Rihanna has recently split with her ex singer Chris Brown after the allegations that Brown assaulted her.

According to one member of the Pussycat Dolls, their gig as a band is already up. Ashley Roberts broke down in front of fans recently as she tearfully fled from her London hotel. The singer was quoted as telling the people outside the hotel “This is the last time we’ll be in the UK as a band. We’ve broken up. We’re sorry.” There have been rumors going around for a while now that the group will be seeing their end soon due to their fighting. However, the group’s spokesperson adamantly refuted the breakup and was quoted saying “The girls are still together.”
Kanye West Plagiarized

One crazy songwriter/producer in Maryland is claiming that Kanye West stole what’s rightfully his by lifting his tune ‘Volume of Good Life’ for Kanye’s smash hit ‘Good Life’. In a rambling lawsuit filed in Maryland District Court, Dayna ‘D’Mystro’ Staggs is suing the rapper and his record label for copyright infringement saying that Kanye “didn’t obtain a license to use ‘Volume of Good Life’” for his tune and even points out that Kanye was only a kid when the song was written. D’Mystro is also outraged because Kanye’s song was vulgar as compared to his much cleaner song. He’s demanding 85% of all world sales of the proceeds from the music that uses his work.

Gnarles Barkley’s video for their new single ‘Run’ can’t air on TV just yet. The video is suffering through some delays not because of nudity or excessive violence that needs to be remedied. What needs to be redone are the strobe features in the video because they are said to induce seizures. Stuff airing on TV needs to pass a Harding Test which was established to prevent images from triggering epileptic seizures. The video apparently failed the test. Gnarles Barkley’s Danger Mouse says the he’s hopeful that the situation can be resolved soon. He says “I don’t know exactly what’s going on, but we’re having issues. I think [the video] is cool. It works for me. But I’m not necessarily that easily seasick”

It’s pretty well known that Avril Lavigne has been having a hard time moving tickets for her tour. A few days before it kicked off, she was still having problems with sales that they’ve taken very costly measures just to get bodies in the concert venues. MuchOnDemand recently did a give away for Avril concert tickets recently and they gave away a whopping 8 tickets! 2 tickets is the standard giveaway for a radio station. If that doesn’t sound like trouble to you then you have some problems. But she has to fill those seats one way or another. She’s losing money either way, might as well have someone laugh at that fact.
Mick Jagger assassination plot

Sir Mick Jagger was once the target of an assassination attempt by the Hells Angels.
The Rolling Stones singer only survived the plot orchestrated by members of the notorious motorcycle gang in the early 70s, because a boat carrying his would-be killers was wiped out in a storm, according to former FBI agent Mark Young.
Jagger became a target for the gang after a row over the death of a crowd member at the 1969 Altamont Speedway concert in California, organised by the band.
The Stones had hired the Hells Angels to act as security at the now notorious show, which saw the death of 18-year-old man Meredith Hunter, who was stabbed and kicked to death by members of the gang.
Tom Mangold, who presents a radio series about the FBI and interviewed Young for the show, said: “The Hells Angels were supposedly running security and after the concert Jagger said he would never work with them again. They were so angered by his treatment of them they decided to kill him. A group of them took a boat and were all tooled up and ready to attack him from the sea in his home in The Hamptons on New York’s Long Island. They planned the attack so they could enter his property from the garden and avoid security at the front.But the boat was hit by a storm and all the Hells Angels involved were thrown overboard. All survived and there was not said to have been any further attempt on Jagger’s life.”
Jennifer Lopez Bans hospital staff from birth room

No, no, no - it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t want them there when she is delivering; it means she doesn’t want the room used until she arrives. That’s celebrity madness if ever I heard it.
The ‘Do It Well’ singer is set to give birth to twins, her first children with husband Marc Anthony, later this month, and has asked staff at Long Island’s North Shore Medical Centre not to use the room until she arrives.
A source said, “There is a room, which even has a brown leather couch, that has been sitting empty for two weeks now. No one is even allowed in there until she gets here. It’s just sitting there for her.”
The hospital has reportedly prepared an entire suite for the 38-year-old star, complete with wooden flooring and a giant TV. It was recently revealed the hospital has been put on kidnap alert.
Staff have been undertaking specialist ‘Code Pink’ drills to ensure they are prepared in case anyone attempts to snatch Jennifer’s babies. A friend of the ‘Monster-In-Law’ star said: “Jennifer Lopez has spoken so much about how excited she is about the birth that anyone who is considering a kidnapping knows how far she would be willing to go to get her babies back.”
50 Cent Pays Child Support

Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson won a significant battle for money this past week. A judge ruled in the rapper’s favor in a dispute with baby momma Saniqua Tomkins over child support for their 10-year old son Marquis. His ex-lover was asking for $50,000 a month but was granted just half when the court viewed her and her son’s expenses. The figure got reduced even further to $6,700 a month. That serves the gold digger right. But let’s all hope that 50’s set up some kind of trust fund for his kid. The mom may not deserve the money but the kid sure does.

There doesn’t seem to be a light at the end of her tunnel any time soon. Britney keeps heading father and farther down….apparently into debt.
Seems she doesn’t have the cash flow she ought to have. She was at a local drug store in San Fernando Valley, her American Express card was declined. She argued with her companions about who had the money to cover the tab, and finally Sam Lufti paid.
That wasn’t the end of her spree, though. She still ran to the Beverly Hills Hotel, a Mercedes dealership, and the mall. No word on what she was doing at the dealership, but we can only hope she was buying some clothes at the mall!
Lil Wayne Gets Busted Again

Rapper Lil Wayne has been busted again by authorities in Arizona early Wednesday morning when his tour bus was pulled over and searched by US Border Patrol. The Drug Enforcement Agency was even called in and everything. The rapper is being held in a Yuma, Arizona jail on three felony counts for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. This is his second arrest in a mere three months. You would think that he would learn something from the first time – or at least wait a year or until the first one gets forgotten. Tsk.

Rap star Eminem used to be a workaholic; constantly scribbling lyrics on scraps of paper and toiling for hours in his studio revising songs. Now is the perfect time for the megastar to be at the top of his game, cherry picking the best talent for his production company.
However the 35 year old star - real name Marshall Mathers – has suffered a huge bout of writers block which has turned him into an overweight, spotty recluse who gorges on fatty food. He spends his time watching TV and playing computer games.
The music legend’s 5ft 8in frame has ballooned to 14½st and that he is battling heart problems. Now his desperate mother Debbie Nelson, 51, says: “I fear for him every waking moment.”
Time for a lifestyle change me thinks…

American Idol alum Fantasia Barrino is becoming widely known for blowing off her performances but apparently, she blows off her fans too. The signer gave her final ‘Color Purple’ performance on Sunday and after the show ended at a still early 6PM, fans waited by the stage door to get her autograph until 8:45PM only to be told that Fantasia had already left.
Lucky for them, another Idol was there to sign some autographs in the shape of LaKisha Jones who also stars in the production. LaKisha happily gave autographs to the fans not even caring that she was actually signing pictures of Fantasia.
Yung Joc and the Law

After being arrested at Cleveland Hopkins Airport last week for carrying a concealed weapon, rapper Yung Joc is quite anxious to clear his name. However, that doesn’t mean that he’s so anxious that he wants to show up in court.
The rapper, real name Jasiel Robinson, missed his court appearance on Wednesday but he did release a statement through his lawyer saying “I have the utmost respect for the laws of this country and would never deliberately commit an act that would jeopardize my freedom, my family, or my career. I’ve worked very hard to achieve my goals, and it’s unfortunate that this current situation has garnered more attention than the many donations I’ve made and the charitable work I’ve done with various organizations.” So make the court appearance already!
Yung Joc Gets Charged

Another rapper has joined the ranks of T.I. as Yung Joc has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon after cops say they found a loaded semi-automatic gun in his carry-on bag at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Who the heck carries a guy through the airport?
Joc, whose real name is Jasiel Robinson, was arrested early Sunday morning just before he was to board a Delta flight. He was attempting to go through a regular security checkpoint when police found the gun and ammo. Cops say that Joc told them he didn’t know that the gun was there. Right. And he didn’t check just why his bag was heavy?

Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine and his girlfriend Rebecca Ginos were spotted spending some major dough on some last minute holiday shopping in Beverly Hills last Saturday. The 28-year old Adam and the 21-year old cocktail waitress from Teddy’s Rebecca spent that afternoon picking up some designer duds at Yves Saint Laurent and Prada and were seen waiting for the valet to bring his Mercedes out front.
If you haven’t heard of how the couple met, Adam shared it on the Howard Stern Show earlier this year. They apparently met on Rebecca’s 21st birthday and boy was she given a birthday gift. Adam gladly admitted that “We had sex the first night we met”. Classy.

Mary J. Blige and ‘Clash of the Choirs’ star Patti LaBelle won’t let PETA, the threat of red paint or the horrors of slaughtering animals get in the way of their seemingly real-looking fur outfits. I bet that PETA is having a field day writing some letters to these two when they saw this picture.
The diva duo was snapped at Mary’s record release party which was hosted by Target in Soho on Tuesday. Don’t they just look like the best pair of Siberian huskies you’ve seen this side of the fur protesters? I would hate to be them when I know that cans of red paint are steadily being produced still.

Paparazzi caught up with the ever-eccentric crooner as he left a party at the Chateau Marmont on Monday. He was pimpin’ in the passenger seat of a black Mercedes as a Snoop rhyme was blasting from the speakers.
In a poor attempt to avoid answering any pap questions, John actually pulled a Paris Hilton by talking on a cell phone. But he actually one-ups the blonde socialite by having a phone at each ear! How would it even be possible to carry a conversation on two phones with people screaming questions at you?
Free Avril

News broke out that Avril Lavigne’s Spring 2008 tour is not selling well. In light of that, Avril is settling for a free concert. While it’s not really that bad to hear, when you find out that it’s for the opening of Best Buy in Canada, yeah it is bad.
The Canadian sell out’s concert will be at the Swangard Stadium on December 2 at 1 PM for the free concert. The first 350 people at any Best Buy store in the Lower Mainland on Wednesday and Thursday before noon will get a pair of tickets for the show. There are also free VIP passes and autograph passes being given away.
