The music video for the song ‘Video Phone’ starring Beyonce and Lady Gaga is out and it is hot! The princess of pop recently spoke to MTV about working with Beyonce, saying “She is such a beautiful person. I had kind of lost faith a little bit in meeting artists in the business – and then I met Beyonce.” If you got what the singer was saying, she pretty much gave some mad props to her fellow artist. I wonder how Beyonce feels about that and what she has to say about Lady Gaga. Then again, I highly doubt there’s anyone who can say a bad thing about her.

Beyonce and Jay-Z are hoping to have a baby, it has been claimed.
The rapper is said to have let plans slip while talking to the editor of a US magazine at a party.
The New York Daily News reports: “Beyonce’s working on a tot of her own.
“That’s according to… Jay-Z, [her] notoriously tight-lipped hubby, who spilled the baby beans himself.”
A report in the newspaper claims: “While chatting up Gotham mag editor in chief Cristina Greeven Cuomo, the rapper let it slip that procreating is high on the duo’s priority list right now.”
Beyonce, 28, and Jay-Z, 39, wed in a secret ceremony in New York in April 2008.
The Single Ladies singer said earlier this year that she was in no rush to become a mum, after watching sister Solange give birth.
She said: “I definitely want one, but I’m not ready for all of that.
“I don’t think a person should see that before her time. It was a little much. But I’m so in love with my nephew, and every time I see him I’m like, God, he’s just amazing.”
A rep for the couple was unavailable for comment.

Beyonce shelved a Malaysia concert after Islamic conservatives slammed the slated show as immoral.
The Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party sought cancellation of the Kuala Lumpur concert on October 25 on the basis it would push “Western sexy performances”.
But Beyonce has only delayed her concert, postponing to an unspecified “future date”.
In 2007, Beyonce cancelled a Malaysia show due to dress code. Female performers in Malaysia are required to cover up from shoulder-to-knee, with no cleavage showing. The organisers, Marctensia, last month stated that an agreement had been reached among all parties over concerns her dress would be inappropriate.
But the company said: “The postponement is solely [the] decision of the artiste and has nothing to do with other external reasons.”
Avril Lavigne and Gwen Stefani have both met with conservative protests but gone ahead with performances in Malaysia.

Beyonce films herself shopping for Halloween costumes in Japan.
The singer, 28, was spotted with a camera crew in tow over the weekend as she browsed bargain basement Tokyo store Don Quixote in Roppongi picking out fancy dress clothes.
Beyonce hit up the 24-hour store - famous for quirky Japanese cosplay outfits -after the first of her two-date concert series in Tokyo as part of her ‘I Am… Tour’
“Beyonce was looking at all the different costumes,” an onlooker said.
“She had a bunch of bodyguards guarding her off from other shoppers but she was spotted looking at a giant pumpkin outfit and even a sumo wrestler suit!”
Brit singer Lily Allen is also known to be a fan of the wacky shop having previously posted pictures of herself dressed as a duck, a panda and a mug of beer on Twitter after a shopping spree in the same store.

Singer Beyonce has denied reports she is not attending the upcoming MOBO awards in Glasgow, Scotland because the city is “too white”.
Beyonce, 28, is nominated for an award at the bash but will not be attending the ceremony to pick up the gong.
After performing for cancer patients at a hospital in Singapore, the singer was asked about the rumours and she said: “That’s just not true.”
Former MOBO panelist Paul McKenzie said: “The real problem is getting the stars to go to Glasgow. I can understand why the MOBOs went to Glasgow - because they were having problems getting the council to foot the bill for security. But it doesn’t work.”
Beyonce’s team are insisting that the star was just not able to attend the bash.
An insider said: “The slur about Glasgow is just not true. Beyonce knows exactly where it is.
“I think you’ll find that Beyonce is not the type of person to be impressed by the idea that she would snub one city over the other. Glasgow was good enough for her when she toured the UK. She thought the audience were wonderful.”

Singer Beyonce has reportedly been targeted by extremists who want her to cancel one of her gigs.
It is claimed the singer’s sexy outfits and stage routines have upset a right-wing Muslim party who call her routines “immoral” and a danger to young people.
The party are reportedly threatening to “take action” to stop the Sweet Dreams singer performing a show on her I Am… tour near to Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lumpur, which is set for October 24.
Beyonce, 28, had to pull out of a gig in Malaysia two years ago because of the same issues.
The Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party said: “This performance is not suitable for Muslims - her attire and behaviour onstage are immoral.”

Big-hearted Beyonce made sure Taylor Swift got her moment of glory at the MTV Video Music Awards by inviting her back on stage after tactless Kanye West wrecked her acceptance speech.
Classy Beyonce called Taylor to join her as she collected the Best Music Video Award and gave the country starlet chance to finish the speech Kanye rudely interrupted.
Stars in the audience including Katy Perry and Lady GaGa stood to applaud teenager Taylor and the generous gesture.
Emotional Taylor gave Beyonce a big hug before going on to finish her thank-yous for her Best Female Video Award.
Ironically, Kanye had stormed the stage because he thought that award should have gone to Beyonce for Single Ladies, which ended up taking the Best Video prize.
Beyonce told the audience: “I remember being 17 years old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny’s Child and it was one of the most exciting moments in my life.
“So I would like Taylor to come out and have her moment.”
Taylor, who had earlier been left stunned when Kanye grabbed the microphone from her, smiled: “Maybe we can try again.

I’m sure people still remember the hullaballoo back in April 2008 when Beyonce and Jay-Z had their secret wedding. Apparently, it was such a secret that many people weren’t even invited. The rapper explains that only a select few were honored enough to have gotten invitations to the nuptials, including the likes of Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and Gwyneth Paltrow. But the snub actually got some people’s feelings hurt. Jay-Z said “The sad part is that we offended some. But people who love you understand. Because at the end of the day, it’s your day.” Is this really that important to discuss a year after the fact?

Kelly Clarkson’s record label is said to be pissed about the original American Idol champ shooting her mouth off about the drama surrounding her latest single ‘Already Gone’. Kelly got fed up about her song getting compared with Beyonce’s ‘Halo’ as the two songs have the same backing track produced by Ryan Tedder. Kelly ranted that she asked her label to not release ‘Already Gone’ as a single but that they basically threw her under a bus. Now, it seems that her label is already fed up with her and threatened her that they would be done with the album – no more money for videos, no more singles and no more promotions. Yikes!

Some of the greatest musicians have released statements via their reps regarding the death of pop music icon Michael Jackson. Everyone from Madonna to Donny Osmond to Justin Timberlake to Beyonce have something to say about the death of the singer. Madonna seems to have been greatly affected saying “I can’t stop crying over the sad news. I have always admired Michael Jackson. The world has lost one of the greats, but his music will live on forever! My heart goes out to his three children and other members of his family. God bless.” Justin moved me with his words by saying “I can’t find the words right now to express how deeply sadden [sic] I am by Michael’s passing. We have lost a genius and a true ambassador of not only Pop music, but of all music. He has been an inspiration to multiple generations and I will always cherish the moments I shared with him on stage and all of the things I learned about music from him and the time we spent together. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.”

Singer Beyonce said Michael Jackson was “incomparable” and his death is a “tragic loss”.
The 27-year-old singer revealed her grief at the death of the King of Pop, who passed away in LA aged 50 after reportedly suffering a heart attack.
She told Entertainment Tonight: “This is such a tragic loss and a terrible day. The incomparable Michael Jackson has made a bigger impact on music than any other artist in the history of music.”
She added: “He was magic. He was what we all strive to be. He will always be the king of of pop. Life is not about how many breaths you take, but about how many moments in life that take your breath away.
“For anyone who has ever seen, felt, or heard his art, we are all honoured to have been alive in this generation to experience the magic of Michael Jackson. I love you Michael.”

Beyonce fans were shocked when George Michael appeared on stage with the star to sing a duet.
The former Wham! singer joined Beyonce in singing If I were A Boy at London’s O2 Arena.
The Daily Mirror reported that the Crazy in Love star wore a police uniform during the performance - just like the sort Michael wore in his outrageous video for Outside.
The paper reported that after the show she had blackened cod delivered to her dressing room, while Michael went to Nobu in London for supper.

The Jonas Brothers’ YouTube account has just been suspended and none of the videos they have posted can be accessed on the site. It seems like the band of brothers didn’t go through the appropriate channels when they posted a video of Joe dancing to Beyonce’s hit ‘Single Ladies’. Beyonce is on Sony BMG, a competing label to the Jonas’ Hollywood Records. The label probably sent a cease and desist order to YouTube. The clip has since been removed due to terms of use violation. Couldn’t they have just yanked that video instead of suspending the account and yanking all the other videos?

Tickets for Beyonce’s four night intimate appearances at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas are going fast – but only to those who can afford it. Fans have to buy their tickets along with a two night stay in the hotel with packages ranging from $450 to $850 per person. And that’s just for starters. If that’s too expensive for you and you want to skip the hotel, a limited number of tickets are being sold for $250, $500, $750 and $1000, again, per person. So much for doing it for the fans. Sources at the Wynn says that ticket-only seating cannot exceed 1% of the ticket sales. That means that only 10-15 tickets in the 1500-seat Encore theater will be available without hotel fees.

Beyonce is teaming up with Encore in Las Vegas this summer. The singer will be performing at the hotel with four very special ‘I Am… Yours’ shows. The performances are scheduled for July 30, 31, August 1 and 2. The tickets for Beyonce’s shows are even being sold as vacation packages that include accommodations at the Sin City resort. It’s a sweet two for one deal. If you go to her show and end up not liking it, you can find some way to chill at the hotel. And with the crappy economy that the whole world is in right now, all parties win in that partnership.

Beyonce’s dad has slammed “idiot” critics doubting the diva’s singing ability after a supposed unedited “board mix” of her was played on US radio.
A clip said to be a screeching Beyonce’s peformance on The Today Show last year was played by shock jock Howard Stern on his radio show.
But Beyonce’s furious dad Matthew Knowles has hit back in a statement, claiming his superstar daughter was set up.
He says: “If no one took the time to look at the biggest Inauguration in the history of America, then shame on them.
“If no one took the time to listen to Beyonce sing America the Beautiful and At Last at the Neighborhood Ball for the first dance of President Obama and the First Lady, and they question Beyonce’s vocal ability, they’ve gotta be an idiot.
“At 12 years into her career, the last thing someone should be questioning is her vocal ability.
“That would be like questioning if (basketball star) Kobe Bryant could shoot a jump shot. The vocals were obviously altered.”
