Chris Brown’s upcoming comeback tour is turning out to be a flop in sales. Tickets went on sale last week and insiders are saying that the numbers were utterly pathetic. I could have told them that even before the tickets went out. Last year, the R&B singer was selling out 20,000 seat arenas and now, he can’t even sell out 1000-2500 seat venues. Every concert date listed on Ticketmaster still has a lot of seats available. I have a feeling that a huge part of this tour, if not the whole tour itself, is going to end up cancelled. It’s obvious that no one is welcoming him back with open arms that easily.

She just couldn’t hold it in any longer, could she? Well, she did make it on the front cover. It seems that even though a talk about “the event” with Rihanna was promised for Thursday morning, the singer took the opportunity to spill her guts in Glamour magazine where she did an interview in which she talked about the whole Chris Brown-related incident. When asked about how it had changed her, Rihanna replied the following: I’m stronger, wiser and more aware. You don’t realize how much your decisions affect people you don’t even know, like fans.” Yes, woe unto the fans of Rihanna for now they have to put up with her not-so satisfying new music. Chris Brown definitely managed to really hit a soft spot there!

Shamed singer Chris Brown will reportedly donate proceeds from his latest tour to a charity as he continues to try to reform his public image.
The 20-year-old is set to headline an event that raises hundreds of thousands of dollars to help and mentor people with intellectual disabilities in Florida.
And he will also donate portion of proceeds from his tour as well as volunteer to help out Best Buddies International, according to reports.
Despite Brown’s recent high-profile conviction for beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna, Anthony Shriver, who is part of the Kennedy clan and heads the charity, said he deserves a new chance.
In a email, he wrote: “I support Chris Brown’s efforts to show the world why he deserves a second chance, given that the commitment he has made to Best Buddies - not only to perform at our Miami Gala, but also to join the Best Buddies family as a volunteer - is a huge step in the right direction. I also appreciate Chris’ generous offer to donate a portion of proceeds from his tour to Best Buddies.
“I believe Chris’ fans will be equally inspired to support Best Buddies’ mission… once they see his enthusiasm and commitment to the cause - and just how much his efforts mean to our participants.”
The non-profit gala will take place in Palm Beach on November 20.

The singer has recently given an interview in which he apparently tries to reason with everybody that what he did was perfectly natural and excusable. Here’s what Chris Brown said about himself: I’m human. If people feel a certain way, I’m not going to say they’re wrong. But it’s not right to judge somebody when people make mistakes all the time. I’ve learned from my mistakes and I’m learning from them. And I regret every moment, every second of it.” Heartening as his words are, Chris Brown seems to be overlooking one small detail: everybody loves judging everybody else. So, if he messed up, he should be sure it’ll be on his rap sheet for a long, long time… but, no need to worry, that’s what makes the lesson all the more valuable;

Chris Brown has slowly been working his way back into the music world. The 20-year old R&B singer’s recent single ‘I Can Transform Ya’ featuring Lil Wayne has been doing well and his 2008 hit ‘Forever’ managed to work its way back to the top spot on the iTunes R&B chart. A new single called ‘So Cold’ was also just leaked onto the internet earlier this week and Chris went on his Twitter to talk about it saying “OMG as you all know a song leaked today from my album called so cold.. im a lil upset but i pray my album doesnt leak..” I hope it does so no one has to buy it and his album will be a sales flop.

Chris Brown recently announced that his song ‘Transformer’ featuring Lil Wayne will be the first single off of his upcoming new album called ‘Graffiti’. The 20-year old R&B singer also wrote on his Twitter about the album saying “Graffiti!!!! Comin soon…. Just finished it…hands down … My best album… That’s all I’mma give away right now… I honestly don’t think the game is ready for the recordz I got coming off the new album…. (not tryna be cocky)!!!! LOL.” A release date for his new album has yet to be announced. I could care less if it comes out in the next 20 years.

Rihanna has sparked rumours she has a new man in her life after she was seen getting “touchy-feely” with Mary Kate Olsen’s ex, Travis London.
The Umbrella star enjoyed a romantic night out with London last weekend, according to US reports.
The pair are said to have enjoyed an intimate dinner at Santa Monica’s Giorgio Baldi restaurant, in Los Angeles.
A source said: “They were very silly and touchy-feely. She looked like she was having a really good time.”
Rihanna, 21, and London, who has been described as a “partygoing LA hipster” then headed to celebrity haunt, Chateau Marmont where they partied until the early hours with Katy Perry.
London previously dated actress-turned-fashion-designer Mary-Kate Olsen.
Since Rihanna split from Chris Brown in February, she has been linked to a string of men, including rapper Drake.
But earlier this week Drake - real name Aubrey Graham - claimed they were just good pals.
He told the New York Post: “We’re just really good friends. We have great conversations about music and we’re trying to figure out the perfect song we can collaborate on for my album.”

Oprah Winfrey has urged Chris Brown to seek counselling.
The talk show queen hit back at comments that the disgraced singer, who was convicted of beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna, made to a US magazine.
Brown said that he felt the fact Oprah dedicated one of her shows to domestic violence - which she said was inspired by the Umbrella singer - was a “slap in [the face]“.
He said: “I commend Oprah on being like, ‘This is a problem.’ But it was a slap in my face.
“I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school.”
R&B star Brown, 20, added: “She could have been more helpful, like, ‘OK, I’m going to help both of these people out.’”
A representative for Winfrey, 55, said: “Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school, but she takes domestic abuse very seriously.
“She hopes he gets the counselling he needs.”
Brown was sentenced last month to 180 days physical labour and five years’ probation.

Chris Brown filmed a cameo in Keri Hilson’s new ‘Slow Dance’ music video in Los Angeles last week. The 20-year old R&B singer seems to be taking the slow route when it comes to attempting to make a comeback by only taking on very little appearances and cameos. Chris is expected to be back in court for sentencing this week for assaulting Rihanna after a party earlier this year. Maybe that’s why he’s still keeping his schedule light. Recently, a new track from Chris, called ‘Changed Man’, was leaked and people believe that this was some sort of apology for the Barbadian beauty.

The singer who is going to testify against her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, who assaulted her earlier this year, will be doing so behind closed doors. It seems that Rihanna’s testimony will not be televised so we won’t be able to see what she’s going to say about what Chris Brown did. Oh well, guess we’ll have to settle for the press release… but it’s just not fair! It’s not fair that so many of Rihanna’s fans will not get the chance to see her slander her former boyfriend. But then again, why not be good Christians about this and consider the fact that this will be a lot easier on poor Chris Brown who has a lot on his shoulders lately.

If you’re wondering about that big bargain that went down regarding Chris Brown’s trial, sources claim that the R&B singer’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has swayed the Superior Court judge into delaying his case until May 28th. Apparently, his primary goal is to have the case dismissed all together. He thinks the case against Chris should be thrown out because of the number of leaked classified information over the past few months, including the picture of Rihanna’s injuries. A criminal defense attorney commented on the situation saying “Geragos makes an issue of leaked evidence, it’s unlikely the judge will dismiss the case. It’s not police conduct at issue here, it’s Chris Brown’s.”

Apparently, Chris Brown has moved on from Rihanna by reconciling with an ex-girlfriend in Virginia. Erica Jackson and the alleged woman beater dated back in the day. Chris and Erica rekindled their relationship when Chris was in town. However, sources say that things only got heated up in the past 2 weeks and even though Erica is just a “plain Jane”, she’s “helping to ease Chris’ pain over Rihanna. He was mad in love with that girl.” And even though there’s no reason for Rihanna to be jealous, the friend says she “is going to be so hurt that Chris has moved on so quickly and is parading this new girl around town.”

Chris Brown’s lawyer has requested an unscheduled hearing even before the alleged woman beater’s arraignment. It apparently has to do with Rihanna testifying or not. The mystery hearing is set for March 23 and will take place in the chambers of Judge Patricia Schnegg. Prosecutors will join Chris’ lawyer but the singer will not be present. I wonder what the hearing will be about. Chris’ lawyer was the one who requested the meeting. I wonder if it involves Rihanna’s possible testimony and if he will try to block prosecutors from calling Rihanna to the stand or limiting her testimony. What is certain though is that the hearing has nothing to do with a plea bargain.

Chris Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea to the two felony charges. In a proceeding that took just a few minutes, the judge granted Chris’ request to move the arraignment to the later date of April 6th. It’s not clear why they wanted to postpone the case – they could possibly conduct further investigations or to strike a plea deal. Based on some information, it seems that Chris wanted to avoid a trial at all costs because of the picture of Rihanna taken the day after the incident. After the request to continue the case had been granted, the judge warned Chris “You are not to annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.”

Chris Brown and Rihanna are back in each other’s arms but that won’t stop the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office from prosecuting the case versus Chris Brown who was charged with assault and making criminal threats–both considered felonies. DA Spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said Chris Brown is facing probation or up to a maximum of four years and eight months in state prison if convicted for the said felonies.
Chris Brown, who was accused of beating Rihanna last month, was arrested by the police but was released after he posted bail. The couple , who were nominees for the February 8 Grammy Awards, were supposed to perform that night but shocked all the attendees when informed that Chris Brown and Rihanna are not going through with the show. Several weeks after the incident the couple seems to have reconciled, thanks to Chris Brown’s effort to call Rihanna on her 21st birthday a week ago.

I’m just getting more and more shocked by every bit of news that I’m hearing about the Chris Brown and Rihanna reunion. Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, is behind his daughter’s decision on reconciling with Chris. He said “I love my daughter with whatever road she takes. I’m behind her win or lose. I will be supportive. If that’s the road she wants to choose, I’m behind her. I hope to see her soon. I talked to her after her birthday, and she told me she’s OK.” It’s great to support your daughter all the way but it’s a whole other thing when you’re supportive of her going back to an allegedly abusive relationship.

After being harshly criticized for allegedly taking cover in Las Vegas, reports are now saying that Chris Brown has left the comfort of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Sin City and intends to spend time with his mother Joyce Hawkins, instead. That is probably the first smart move he’s done since the violent incident between him and Rihanna went on. There’s no word yet on the exact location of where the mother and son will be meeting up but it’s got to be better than hiding out in Las Vegas. I still think he should just come out and give his side of the story.

More and more radio stations across the US and Canada have decided to stop playing Chris Brown’s music and more and more details continue to come out about exactly what happened between the singer and Rihanna last weekend. It’s been revealed that after pulling over in Hancock Park area of LA, Rihanna snatched his car keys from the ignition and threw them out on the street. Chris then became livid, and he “put his hands around her neck and said ‘I’m going to kill you!’” It gets worse after that. “(She) told police that she lost consciousness… her right eye was blackened and badly swollen and she had handprints on her arms.” The police were so concerned about her injuries that they rushed her to the hospital instead of waiting for an ambulance. Where was Chris in all this? He fled from the scene!

Chris Brown’s family is finally breaking their silence even though their famous woman beating relative is still staying quiet about it. Chris’ sister Lytrell Bundy told TV’s Extra “He’s always been a good boy — never violent.” She also talked about how her brother is doing saying “He’s doing good. He’s coping. He’s doing as… as to be expected.” She was also asked about their upbringing saying “It was a normal sister and brother relationship. Nothing different, nothing strange.” Is she blind? Strange stuff is going on with her brother right now. How does she explain that? Maybe she’s just being delusional or in denial.
